This project demonstrates a practical Indonesia power plant noise barrier solution for an industrial facility. Completed in 2026, the project used 1,200 m² of micro-perforated metal noise barrier panels to form an 8 m high acoustic barrier around power-generation equipment.

Location: Indonesia
Application: Power plant noise control
Product: Micro-perforated metal noise barrier panels
Barrier height: 8 m
Total panel area: 1,200 m²
Completion: 2026
Power-generation equipment can create continuous operational noise, while a working plant also requires clear access routes, ventilation space and safe separation between equipment. For this site, the noise control system needed to create a substantial physical screen around multiple equipment zones without interrupting the overall plant layout.
The 8 m barrier height was selected for the project configuration to provide broad coverage along the equipment perimeter. The solution also needed to follow corners and long straight runs while maintaining a consistent appearance across the site.

We supplied the noise barrier solution using modular micro-perforated metal acoustic panels. The completed barrier combines the panels with a supporting frame system to form long, continuous sections around the equipment area. In total, the project incorporated 1,200 m² of panels.
Micro-perforations on the sound-facing surface help the panel system manage reflected sound within the enclosed equipment zone. The modular format also supports an orderly layout across tall elevations, corners and changes in direction.

The micro-perforated face is designed for acoustic absorption, helping to limit sound reflection from the barrier surface in industrial environments.
Individual metal panels can be arranged in repeated horizontal courses, making the system suitable for long perimeter runs and tall barrier designs.
The panel-and-support configuration can follow equipment boundaries, corners and access requirements. This makes it a practical option for power plants, utility sites and other industrial facilities.

The finished industrial noise control barrier provides an 8 m high screen around designated power plant equipment zones. Its consistent panel layout integrates with the site arrangement while preserving the internal equipment rows and access paths shown in the project photographs.
This completed 2026 project provides a reference for facilities evaluating a tall metal acoustic barrier where a large equipment area needs perimeter noise control.

Yes. A modular metal noise barrier can be configured for different equipment layouts, required heights and site boundaries. Project requirements should be reviewed before a suitable configuration is proposed.
