Hengshui Economic Delegation and Anping Women Entrepreneurs Association Visit Vietnam to Support Yaode Factory Development and Accelerate the Global Expansion of Anping Wire Mesh Industry

From April 24 to 28, 2026, an economic and trade delegation from the Hengshui Municipal Government, together with representatives from the Anping Women Entrepreneurs Association, conducted a special business and industrial research visit to Vietnam. The delegation gained firsthand insights into overseas development opportunities for local enterprises, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony of the Yaode Factory, and visited local industrial parks and business ecosystems to support the global expansion of the Anping wire mesh industry.

The delegation included Zhang Yu, Director of Hengshui Municipal Bureau of Commerce; Liu Qinggang, Deputy Secretary-General of Hengshui Municipal People’s Government; Yin Weimin, Director of Hengshui Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Wei Wenhua, Director of Hengshui Science and Technology Bureau; Zhao Chaoying, Deputy County Mayor of Anping County People’s Government; Ma Zhanying, Director of Anping County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; and representatives from the Anping Women Entrepreneurs Association.

Lu Qianli, Chairman of Lushi Holding Group and Chairman of Hebei Jinbiao Construction Materials Technology Co., Ltd., together with Liu Cong, General Manager of Yaode New Materials Co., Ltd. and Jiuzhou New Materials Co., Ltd., accompanied the delegation throughout the visit.

Exploring Vietnam Operations and Witnessing the Launch of Yaode Factory

During the visit, the delegation inspected several enterprises and industrial facilities in Vietnam, including Vietnam Y&D Company, Yaode Factory, Zhoude Industrial Park, Hongtu Industrial Park, Pingying Group, and Tengda Technology. The delegation also visited the logistics and warehousing operations of Y&D Company and attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Yaode Factory.

During the event, Chairman Lu Qianli introduced the construction and operational progress of the Jiuzhou Factory in Vietnam. The factory has now been completed and has entered full-scale production, mainly manufacturing transportation safety and geotechnical products such as geogrids.

In the next stage, the factory will introduce steel mesh production equipment to further expand its product portfolio and improve manufacturing capabilities, better meeting the growing demand for transportation infrastructure and geosynthetic materials in Vietnam and Southeast Asian markets.

As an important overseas investment project representing the “going global” strategy of Anping’s wire mesh enterprises, the successful construction and production launch of Jiuzhou Factory demonstrate the international competitiveness and overseas development capabilities of the Anping wire mesh industry.
