In June 2026, Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park, located in Jinkou Port Economic Development Zone, Lingao County, Hainan Province, successfully completed its construction acceptance inspection. Covering an area of 136 mu, the modern industrial park officially began construction in May 2024 and was completed after two years of development. The project is now fully prepared for production and operation.
The completion of the industrial park marks the transformation of Hebei Jinbiao Construction Materials Technology Co., Ltd’s strategic industrial planning in the Hainan Free Trade Port from concept into reality. It also represents a significant step forward in the company’s expansion from its northern manufacturing base to the coastal region of Hainan.
Hainan Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was established by Lushi Holding Group as the main operating entity for the industrial park, aiming to capture the development opportunities brought by the Hainan Free Trade Port. The company officially settled in Lingao Jinkou Port Economic Development Zone in 2022, one of the thirteen key industrial parks in Hainan Province.
In 2023, Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park was listed as a key project in Hainan Province. On August 18 of the same year, the project successfully acquired 136 mu of land in Jinkou Port Economic Development Zone and officially entered the investment and construction phase. From signing the settlement agreement to land acquisition, construction commencement, and final completion, Lushi Holding Group has transformed its strategic vision for Hainan into actual industrial capacity through steady execution and continuous investment over three years.
Yaode Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park is positioned as more than a traditional manufacturing facility. Based on the parent company’s long-term development in the solar energy, energy storage, and charging infrastructure industries, the park integrates the strategic advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port and focuses on several key industrial sectors, including:
New energy intelligent manufacturing
Bonded maintenance and remanufacturing
Grain, oil, and food processing manufacturing
Port-based equipment manufacturing
Intelligent warehousing and logistics
With Hainan as its strategic hub and supported by China’s vast domestic market, the industrial park aims to serve local development while expanding into Southeast Asian markets and countries along the Belt and Road Initiative. During the construction period, leaders from the Lingao County government visited the project site multiple times to inspect construction progress and understand the company’s operational needs. Their support provided strong assistance for the smooth implementation of the project.
